আজ বারুইপুর পূর্ববিধানসভার ১ নম্বর মণ্ডলের পক্ষ থেকে সাউথ গড়িয়া অঞ্চলে ভারতীয় জনতা যুব মোর্চার ডাকে এই করোনা মহামারীর সময়ে তিন মাসের বিদ্যুৎ বিল মুকুবের দাবিতে একটি অবস্থান-বিক্ষোভ করা হলো সকাল 10 টা হইতে বেলা 12 টা পর্যন্ত । কর্নার মোকাবিলায় সারা বিশ্বে মানুষ অতিষ্ঠ, বেশিরভাগই মানুষ হতাশায় দিন কাটাচ্ছে।দু’বেলা দু’মুঠো অন্ন সংস্থান জোগাড় করাটা বড় দায় হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে,অন্যদিকে বিদ্যুতের বিলের মাশুল চাপছে রাজ্যের সাধারণ মানুষের উপরে। বিদ্যুতের বিল মওকুফ করার দাবিতে অভিনব শুরু করল বিজেপি একাংশ নেতারা। উপস্থিত ছিলেন ভারতীয় জনতা পার্টির বারুইপুর পূর্ব বিধানসভার ১ নম্বর মণ্ডলের সাধারণ সম্পাদক গোপীনাথ মণ্ডল মহাশয় এবং এই মন্ডলের সহ-সভাপতি দেবব্রত গায়েন মহাশয় , উপস্থিত ছিলেন এই মন্ডলের অন্যতম সদস্য সমীর সর্দার মহাশয়! এছাড়া উপস্থিত ছিলেন এই মন্ডলের শক্তি প্রমুখ বাবলু বাগানি এবং প্রশান্ত মণ্ডল মহাশয়। এছাড়া উপস্থিত ছিলেন সাউথ গড়িয়া অঞ্চলের প্রতিটি বুথের সভাপতি ও অন্যতম কার্যকর্তা রবিন গায়েন মহাশয় রা। প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি তাদের সামাজিক দূরত্ব বজায় রেখে লক ডাউন কে মান্যতা দিয়ে এই বিক্ষোভ কর্মসূচি পালন করলেন ….,
